Luvox CR^® (fluvoxamine maleate) Extended-Release Capsules:Loyalty Card Program provides assistance through a point-of-sale rebate card that provides patients up to $50 off of their out-of-pocket prescription or co-payment costs at the pharmacy.

Co-pay/out-of-pocket savings redemptions are not valid for prescriptions under any federal or state healthcare program, including any state medical assistance programs. Offer not valid in Massachusetts for patients with insurance and void where prohibited by law, taxed, or restricted.
