Corporate Compliance
Janne Wissel serves as Jazz Pharmaceuticals' Chief Regulatory Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. The Chief Compliance Officer investigates reports of potential compliance issues, and helps educate employees about our compliance obligations. Reports can be made anonymously or confidentially.

California Compliance Law Declaration
As part of Jazz Pharmaceuticals' continuing commitment to corporate compliance, Jazz Pharmaceuticals declares that, to the best of its knowledge, and based on a good faith understanding of the statutory requirements of California Health and Safety Code § 119400 and 119402, it has adopted a Comprehensive Compliance Program as mandated by this California law. To the best of our knowledge, as of July 1, 2010, Jazz Pharmaceuticals believes that it is in compliance with its Comprehensive Compliance Program and its good faith understanding of the requirements of California Health and Safety Code § 119400 and 119402.

We continue to carry out strong programs to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing the sales, marketing and promotion of our pharmaceutical products. The company's commitment to ethical behavior is implemented through comprehensive compliance policies, employee training and monitoring programs, and an open-door policy for reporting suspected violations.

Medical Safety & Medical Information
Patient safety is of paramount concern to Jazz Pharmaceuticals. It is our ethical and regulatory responsibility to monitor the safety of the medicines we develop from their preclinical stage, throughout clinical testing, and for as long as they are prescribed to patients. To report a medical safety issue, an adverse event and to request medical information about our products, please call our Medical Safety & Medical Information hotline at 1-800-520-5568. Please note that we are unable to answer questions about personal medical matters. Questions of this nature should be discussed with your health care practitioner.

Physician Data Restriction Program
If you are a physician and would like to request that your non-patient identified prescribing data be withheld from company sales representatives and not be used for marketing purposes, you may click on the link below and register for PDRP to restrict access.
