Health Plan
Jazz Pharmaceuticals offers several choices of Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) and Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) Plans. Group dental and vision care insurance is included with all employee medical plan enrollments.

Financial Security & Tax-Savings Programs
Jazz Pharmaceuticals recognizes that financial security is important to all our employees. The company provides group term life insurance, optional supplemental life insurance, accidental death & dismemberment insurance and income protection programs in case an employee becomes disabled. Employees can set aside pre-tax funds each year for use toward dependent care and certain medical expenses through flexible spending accounts. The company's 401(k) savings plan provides employees with a variety of investment choices for their tax-deferred retirement savings through Fidelity Investments.

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is committed to assisting employees to achieve a balanced work and personal life by providing employees with time off, whenever possible, to rest, relax and to take care of personal matters.

All regular employees receive a generous number of vacation and sick paid time off days each year. Jazz Pharmaceuticals also observes a number of company-paid holidays each year. Jazz Pharmaceuticals believes that benefits are an important part of total compensation, and our programs are reviewed at least annually to ensure employees’ needs and the company’s business objectives are being met.
