Collaborations

	UCB is our partner in 54 countries outside the U.S. for the commercialization of Xyrem® (sodium oxybate) for the treatment of narcolepsy and JZP-6 for the treatment of fibromyalgia.
	Valeant Canada Ltd. is our partner in Canada for the commercialization of Xyrem for the treatment of cataplexy, a debilitating symptom of narcolepsy.
	Patheon is a trusted manufacturing partner for Xyrem (sodium oxybate) oral solution and other pipeline products.
	Solvay Pharmaceuticals, Inc. licensed to Jazz Pharmaceuticals U.S. rights to Luvox CR® (fluvoxamine maleate) Extended-Release Capsules.
	Elan Pharma International Limited, a subsidiary of Elan Corporation, plc, acts as our LUVOX CR® collaborator. LUVOX CR is manufactured by Elan and incorporates Elan’s SODAS® drug delivery technology, designed to minimize peak-to-trough plasma variations over a 24-hour period.
